Receiving Candidates' Scores

Candidates' scores are securely stored in the ETS® Data Manager tool. Due to the nature of the data contained in the ETS Data Manager, access is restricted to authorized program providers who have been individually designated by the GaPSC and supplied with secure log-in credentials to enter the system.

On the score release date, score reports are automatically made available online to program provider(s) and any authorized score recipients that candidates designated via their ETS GACE® testing account. See GACE Score Reporting Dates for a complete list of score reporting dates.

Candidates receive an email notification on the score reporting date letting them know their score report is ready to be viewed. Candidates can access their scores by logging in to their ETS GACE testing account. Scores are retained within the secure testing account site for 50 years from the test date.
