Georgia Ethics Assessments Scores
How are the Georgia Ethics Assessments Scored?
The Georgia Ethics assessments are scored electronically following each end-of-module test.
Note: Modules 1 and 2 of each assessment do not have end-of-module tests.
How Do I Get My Scores?
Scores are displayed on screen after each end-of-module test and are also available through "My History" in the Georgia Ethics assessment system. Scores will be available under "My History" for 30 days after you complete the assessment.
Note: At the end of each end-of-module test, you will also see the correct answer for each question, your response, and a rationale for the correct answer. This information is only available on this screen; it is not available in "My History" with your scores, and once you leave this screen, you will not be able to see it again.
How Do I Know if I Passed?
For the Program Entry level of the assessments, you receive a percentage correct and a status of complete or not complete for each end-of-module test. Although you do not receive an overall test score, you do receive an overall status of "Completed" or "Not Completed" for the assessment. You must complete all training modules and end-of-module tests to receive credit toward program admission.
For the Program Exit level of the assessments, you receive a percentage correct and a status of completed or not completed for each end-of-module test and the summative test. Although you do not receive an overall test score, you do receive an overall status of "Passed" or "Not Passed" for the assessment. As of January 2015, you must pass this level to gain Induction Certification or a Certificate of Eligibility.
Once you have successfully completed or passed the assessment, you will be able to print a certificate that indicates your status.
How Do I Send Scores to My Program Provider?
You may choose up to three (3) score recipients as part of your test fee. All score recipients must be selected before you complete the assessment. Once you complete and exit the assessment, you cannot add or change score recipients. Go to “My Profile” in the Georgia Ethics assessment system to select your score recipients.
If you are taking the Program Entry level of either assessment, you must add your program provider as a score recipient or they will not receive notice that you have completed the assessment.
If you are taking the Program Exit level of either assessment, your scores will automatically be sent to the program provider who granted eligibility to test. You do not need to add them as a score recipient.
